EMBELLISHMENTS

Screenprinting is the most basic of embellishments.  It involves putting ink on a garment and drying it.   Ofen used for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and jerseys.

Embroidery is where a logo and or personalization is stitched on to a gament or cap with thread. 

Sublimation is a relatively new technology where patterns are died into a fabric to give a custom look and a much lower price.

It is possible to include many logos in a design for no additional cost.

Heat Transfers are rapidly becoming the embellishment of choice.  It offers the most flexibility as far as colors go and ease of adding on to orders.

This also works well for the new lighter weight fabrics being used.

Tackle Twill is often considered "Old School" as it is the most elegant decoration there is.  

It consists of fabric cut in the shape of the logo or number and stitched to the garment often in more than one color.

Crest and numbers can be applied to jerseys in several different ways.  They can be screenprinted, tackle twilled, heat pressed vinyl, or sublimated patches.  We will be happy to assist you in deciding which one is best for you.
